You can collect your order in person or via your carrier at our warehouse (Poima 8, Palma de Mallorca) by selecting the free option "Collection" when placing the order. It is necessary to schedule the date with a minimum of 2 days' notice. Please remember that refrigerators must be transported in a vertical position, so you will need to come with a suitable truck or van; horizontal transport voids the warranty of the product.
Once payment is received, the goods are loaded the next working day and are usually delivered to the recipient within 2 to 5 working days. Please note that due to weather factors or peaks in transport volume, there may be occasional delays in delivery.
In this system, the interior air of the refrigerator is cooled through an evaporator plate, maintaining the temperature through natural air circulation.
This system uses a fan to circulate air throughout the refrigerated space. This ensures a much more rapid and even distribution of temperature throughout the interior of the appliance.
Cooling occurs in the evaporator, where the refrigerant evaporates at low pressure to absorb heat from inside the appliance. The resulting vapour is drawn in by the compressor and sent to the condenser, from where that accumulated heat is finally expelled to the outside.
As refrigerators emit heat to the outside, the installation location must comply with the temperature range of the climate class indicated on the appliance to ensure its proper functioning:
Domestic/Standard Classes: SN(10°C to 32°C),N(16°C to 32°C — the most common in Western Europe),ST(18°C to 38°C) andT(18°C to 43°C).
Commercial Classes (according to temperature and humidity of the environment):
Class 0:20°C / 50% RH
Class 1:16°C / 80% RH
Class 2:32°C / 65% RH
Class 3:25°C / 60% RH
Class 4:30°C / 55% RH
Class 5:40°C / 40% RH
Class 6:27°C / 70% RH
Class 7:35°C / 75% RH(RH = Relative Humidity)

Although we have very large warehouses, it is possible that some items may temporarily run out. If the delivery of your requested product is going to be delayed by more than three weeks, we will inform you immediately.

It must always be transported in an upright position. If transported horizontally, the refrigerant (which also acts as a lubricant) can escape from the compressor and enter the refrigeration circuit, which could damage the motor if it is turned on without sufficient liquid. Additionally, due to the vibrations during transport, the refrigerant may become unstable. Therefore, it is essential to wait 24 hours before connecting the appliance, allowing the liquid to redistribute properly.

The prices on the website are net. The 21% VAT will be added to the total of the goods and shipping at the end of the purchase.
